Abstract

Ушбу тезисда ҳудудларни иқтисодий ривожлантириш самарадорлиги маҳаллий давлат ҳокимияти органларининг ташаббускорлиги, институционал салоҳияти, молиявий ваколатлари ва натижага йўналтирилган бошқарув маданиятига боғлиқлиги асосланади. Ижро интизоми ва мониторингдаги муаммолар таҳлил қилиниб, маҳаллий бошқарувни кучайтиришга қаратилган бешта ташкилий-институционал таклиф баён этилади.
