Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston florasida keng tarqalgan Kalanchoe daigremontiana (Bryophyllum daigremontianum) o‘simligining shifobaxsh xususiyatlari va uning tarkibidagi asosiy biologik faol moddalar kompleksi o‘rganildi. Maqolada o‘simlikning flavonoidlar va bufadienolidlar kabi muhim birikmalarga boyligi, shuningdek, ularning inson organizmiga ko‘rsatadigan terapevtik ta’siri yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida o‘simlikdan farmatsevtika sanoati uchun xavfsiz va samarali ekstraktlar olish usullari ishlab chiqildi.
