Abstract

Publicado en Seminars in Arthritis and Rheumatism (Q1, factor de impacto ~2,1). Se centra en las úlceras digitales en pacientes con esclerosis sistémica, comparando características clínicas, afectación vascular y orgánica, y supervivencia según antecedente de úlceras., basado en datos de registro nacional RESCLE. Mi contribución como cuarta autora se enmarca en una colaboración consolidada dentro del grupo de investigación del registro. El artículo ha recibido 45 citas según Scopus, situándose en el percentil 88 y con un FWCI de 2,12. Las citas provienen de revistas de alto impacto en reumatología clínica, como Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases, así como de instituciones académicas de referencia internacional, incluyendo University of Oxford (Reino Unido). La revista Seminars in Arthritis and Rheumatism, desde la publicación del artículo en 2016, ha mantenido un cuartil Q1 y un factor de impacto estable y competitivo, consolidándose como una referencia en reumatología clínica. Desde el punto de vista social y asistencial, el estudio enfatiza el impacto directo de las úlceras digitales en los pacientes con esclerosis sistémica. Las úlceras digitales constituyen una de las complicaciones vasculares más frecuentes y clínicamente relevantes de la esclerosis sistémica, asociándose con dolor intenso, discapacidad funcional, riesgo de infecciones y deterioro de la calidad de vida
