Abstract

Автор: Волынец Евгений Вацлавович Версия: 1.0 Тип документа: Нормативный стандарт / Техническая спецификация 🇬🇧 English Version MASV Prime Frequency Standard v1.0 — N–C–F Modal Frequency Hierarchy Standard This document is an autonomous normative module within the MASV Prime architecture. It defines the N–C–F modal frequency hierarchy — an engineering‑level frequency framework establishing the stable ordering of three operational modes: the carrier mode (N), the coupling mode (C), and the frequency‑phase mode (F). The standard explains the physical rationale behind the ordering fC
