Thesis Supplement Five Fundamental Rights Derived from the Anti-Fascist Matrix

Abstract

1. Right to Bodily Integrity and Safety• Target of Counteraction: Level 1 Fascism (Physical Violence).• Function: To guarantee the physical baseline of the Protest Safety Index (PSI). The state is prohibited from terminating dissenters through extrajudicial execution or torture.• Just Criterion: The absolute protection of a protestor’s physical life as a sacred boundary of power.2. Right to Mobility and Exit• Target of Counteraction: Level 2 Fascism (Restraint of Movement).• Function: To ensure the ultimate freedom of "Voting with one’s feet." A Just Power must not function as a closed cage; its legitimacy is earned through the voluntary stay of its citizens.• Just Criterion: Openness of physical borders and digital spaces, ensuring the individual's right to rescind their contract with the state.3. Right to Social Diversity and Identity Choice• Target of Counteraction: Level 3 Fascism (Cultural Oppression).• Function: To resist forced collective homogenization. It protects the individual's freedom to choose different cultures, lifestyles, and identities.• Just Criterion: Robust legal protection for "outliers" and minorities, preventing the "Spiral of Silence" from suffocating individual expression.4. Right to Truth and Informed Consent• Target of Counteraction: Level 4 Fascism (Monopoly of Knowledge).• Function: To ensure that protest and systemic correction are based on factual reality. It breaks the state’s black-box control over history, science, and current events.• Just Criterion: Open archives, information transparency, and decentralized systems for the dissemination of knowledge.5. Right to Spiritual Autonomy and Inner Judgment• Target of Counteraction: Level 5 Fascism (Enslavement of Faith).• Function: To establish the individual's right to connect with a Higher Law (God, Conscience, or Ancestors). It prevents the total seizure of the human heart by secular authorities.• Just Criterion: The revocability, discussability, and exit-ability of faith; recognizing that the soul remains superior to the sovereign. Conclusion: The "Protest Guarantee Checklist" of Just PowerThis research asserts that these five rights are not abstract gifts but technical indicators required to maintain a society's self-correcting capacity. A power that possesses "Force, Justice, and Fairness" must institutionalize these five rights to ensure it does not descend into any gradation of Fascism.Citation Format (APA 7th):Salucco, A.
