The framework establishes survivor-centered consent models, anonymization safeguards, verification approaches without identity exposure, and mechanisms designed to prevent retraumatization and narrative misuse. The publication aims to support ethical dialogue, responsible research engagement, and policy understanding while prioritizing contributor safety, dignity, and agency.
