This report outlines the ethical, safeguarding, and methodological framework guiding Uncensored Voices, a global anonymous platform documenting lived experiences of gender-based and social harm. The framework establishes survivor-centered consent models, anonymization safeguards, verification approaches without identity exposure, and mechanisms designed to prevent retraumatization and narrative misuse. The publication aims to support ethical dialogue, responsible research engagement, and policy understanding while prioritizing contributor safety, dignity, and agency.
