Abstract

Мақолада хорижий давлатлар, шу жумладан Америка ва Шарқ мамлакатларида ҳуқуқбузарликлар профилактикасининг ташкилий-ҳуқуқий механизмлари таҳлил қилинган. АҚШ ва Канадада жамоатчилик иштирокини таъминлаш, илмий-таҳлилий ёндашув ва ҳудудий дастурлар орқали профилактика амалга оширилади. Япония ва Сингапурда жамиятнинг шахсий масъулияти, маданий қадриятлар ва давлат-аҳоли ҳамкорлигига асосланган профилактика тизимлари ривожланган. Мазкур давлатларда ҳуқуқий асос ва ҳудудий мониторинг тизимлари орқали профилактика фаолияти тартибга солинади. Таҳлилдан келиб чиқиб, Ўзбекистонда профилактика фаолиятини такомиллаштиришда хорижий тажрибалардан самарали йўналишлар олиш имкониятлари кўрсатилган
