In considering the issues surrounding HPoC, I have repeatedly sought directions of thought that, unsurprisingly, were already pursued by renowned scientists before me. In this paper, I describe these ideas and how I bring them together, using the HPoC as an example, into a nomological principle for testing modal indicia. This could help establish discursive unity between the scientific disciplines.Of course, real scientists would have to consider my reflections valuable enough to investigate further. As always, this document merely summarizes the thoughts of an interested layperson and does not represent peer-reviewed scientific statements.
