Cyclostationary Forecasting MATLAB — BLEND & CLIPER Operators

Abstract

MATLAB implementation of analytical training-free forecasting operators for cyclostationary processes. The BLEND and CLIPER operator families optimally combine simple and cyclic persistence through a closed-form coefficient derived from MSE minimization under periodic non-stationarity. Applied to solar irradiance, wind speed and electrical load forecasting.
