Abstract

Tragfähige Nachbarschaften verlangen im Kreislauf von Möglichkeitsräumen, Engagement und Kontakten seitens der Wohnbaugenossenschaft immer wieder reflektierte Investitionen in das soziale Zusammenleben. Mit einer stärkeren und reflektierten Fokussierung auf das Soziale übernehmen Wohnbaugenossenschaften eine wichtige Rolle nicht nur in der Wohnbaupolitik – indem sie Bauland und Wohnraum der Spekulation entziehen – sondern auch in der Sozialpolitik.
