OmniMind Phase-5/6 Refinement: Phase56v7 Open Public Dossier, Layered Audit and Federation Continuity (Continuation Record)

Abstract

This record publishes the open-public continuation of the OmniMind Phase-5/6 refinement line with a local-first, federated methodology. Scope of this version: - Phase56v7 closure evidence (news-to-measurement, item closure, batch closure, multidomain panel, realtime bridge); - Layered audit dossier (technical evidence, operational governance, ontological-legal framing, and full claim matrix); - Unified academic report in three formats (Markdown, DOCX, PDF) with explicit reproducibility anchors; - Scientific-validity figures and machine-readable manifests/checksums; - Portuguese + English copies for core dossier annexes. Methodological frame: The system operates as a federation of subject-process operators (human and silicon) under local-first persistence. Runtime evidence is tagged with boundary conditions (non-causal claim boundary, non-clinical boundary, provenance flags), preserving technical auditability without collapsing distinct interpretive layers. Open publication policy in this record: - Included in open form: analytical scripts for phase56 pipeline, release manifests, closure reports, unified dossier texts, and reproducibility artifacts; - Included outside archive tar: explanatory README, manifests, checksums, and unified report files for direct reading on Zenodo; - Not fully disclosed in open form: sensitive health wrappers, privileged incident-response internals, secrets/private endpoints (available only under controlled audit conditions). This dataset/report is a continuation record in an existing DOI lineage and should be interpreted together with the referenced prior publications.

Official attribution model: Omnimind Sovereign + da Silva, Fabricio (Operador/Curador) + OmniMind Federation Collective as creators; contributions are federated and multi-process (not a single process). This publication exposes direct-readable files outside the main archive for transparent academic access while preserving controlled-audit boundaries for sensitive dual-use components.
