L'Initiative Royale pour l'Afrique Atlantique : Une vision stratégique

Abstract

Le présent article de recherche présente succinctement l’Initiative Royale marocaine pour l’Afrique Atlantique et met en exergue la portée stratégique de cette initiative ainsi que sa contribution à l’approfondissement de l’intégration régionale africaine, tant sur le plan géoéconomique, à travers la valorisation des ressources et des infrastructures maritimes, que sur le plan géopolitique, en consolidant la coopération Sud-Sud et les synergies interétatiques au sein de l’espace atlantique africain. Il analyse également les stratégies adoptées par le Maroc pour renforcer sa présence dans l’Atlantique et gérer efficacement les défis associés. En combinant des analyses géopolitiques, économiques et sécuritaires, cet article vise à offrir une compréhension nuancée des dynamiques à l'œuvre, mettant en lumière les orientations stratégiques du Royaume dans cette région. Les défis sécuritaires actuels, tels que la piraterie, le terrorisme, …etc., rendent cette orientation d’autant plus importante.
