Análisis Lógico-Jurídico del Proceso contra Jesús de Nazaret: Un estudio comparado entre la normatividad judía (Halajá) y el derecho romano (Ius Provinciale) en el siglo I.

Abstract

Esta monografía de investigación representa una evolución técnica y un refinamiento integral de la línea de investigación iniciada por el autor en 2023. El estudio analiza, desde una perspectiva estrictamente jurídico-teológica, las irregularidades procesales y la vulnerabilidad normativa en el juicio de Jesús de Nazaret. A través de un método hermenéutico-jurídico, se examina la colisión entre el sistema legal hebreo (Halajá) y el Ius Provinciale romano, identificando vicios en la detención, la mutación de los cargos penales y la quiebra del debido proceso. El trabajo consolida tres años de investigación independiente y académica, constituyéndose como la base documental definitiva sobre el Derecho Procesal en la Judea del siglo I.
