NOAA-NWRFC/nwsrfs-hydro-models: v1.0.0 Journal Acceptance & Major Refactor

Abstract

This release coincides with the acceptance of our journal article: Walters, G., Bracken, C., et al., "A comprehensive calibration framework for the Northwest River Forecast Center". Key Updates: Major Refactoring: Developed a standalone Python package and integrated additional capabilities into the R code (e.g., AdjustQ). Package Renaming: Renamed the R package from rfchydromodels to nwsrfsr. Documentation: Updated README files and added dedicated HTML documentation. Contributors: @geoffrey-walters @cameronbracken
