Reproducibility pack for Thermal Farley-Buneman Instability (TFBI) paper by the people listed as creators and contributors here. (Paper submitted to ApJ, will add publication link here when available.) This repro pack is sufficient to generate all plots and some (all?) computed values discussed in the text of the paper. Includes simulation inputs and outputs, TFBI theory solutions (including across the 5D grid discussed in the paper) and python codes used for analysis. Also includes plots_output_reference which shows the plots created when we ran the python code. Required codes to use this material: python>=3.9. See code_README.txt for detailed installation instructions. See code/frozen_package_list.txt for the full list of package versions used. All packages should be available directly through pypi, via pip install. See data_README.txt for detailed descriptions of data contents. You can also use the zenodo file browser to view files before downloading.
