POST-TRUTH ÇAĞINDA YAPAY ZEKÂ VE HALKLA İLİŞKİLER: ALGORİTMİK İKNA, ETİK VE MESLEKİ DÖNÜŞÜM

Abstract

Post-truth çağında halkla ilişkiler disiplini, dijitalleşmenin yanı sıra yapay zekâ (YZ) temelli algoritmik sistemlerin etkisiyle köklü bir dönüşüm geçirmektedir. Otomatik içerik üretimi, veri temelli hedefleme, duygu analizi ve algoritmik görünürlük mekanizmaları, halkla ilişkiler uygulamalarında ikna süreçlerini yeniden yapılandırmaktadır. Bu çalışma, post-truth bağlamında yapay zekâ ile halkla ilişkiler arasındaki ilişkiyi kuramsal ve eleştirel bir perspektifle ele almakta; algoritmik ikna pratiklerinin etik, epistemolojik ve mesleki sonuçlarını tartışmaktadır. Çalışmada yapay zekânın halkla ilişkilerde yalnızca verimlilik sağlayan teknik bir araç olmakla kalmadığı; aynı zamanda hakikat, güven ve kamusal sorumluluk açısından yeni riskler ve sorumluluklar üreten yapısal bir aktör hâline geldiği tartışılmaktadır.
