This dataset provides three sets of idealized galaxy cluster simulations designed to study different Active Galactic Nucleus (AGN) feedback mechanisms. The simulations were conducted using the MACER3D framework, which is built upon the Athena++ astrophysics code. The repository includes data for three distinct AGN feedback scenarios: combined jet and wind (JetWind), wind-only (WindOnly), and jet-only (JetOnly). For each scenario, the following data products are provided: HDF5 Simulation Archives (.zip): Compressed full simulation snapshots saved at 1 Myr intervals. These .hdf5 files are ready to be loaded, analyzed, and visualized using the yt Python package. Athena++ History Files (.hst): Text-based files tracking the global time evolution of the simulations. Key physical quantities recorded include time, black hole mass, inner boundary mass inflow rate, black hole accretion rate, Eddington ratio, and star formation rate. This dataset is intended to support research into solving the cooling flow problem in galaxy clusters through the jet-wind coupling AGN feedback.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
