
Comoros is a small island nation in the Indian Ocean known for its rich cultural heritage and diverse ecosystems. Theoretical analysis based on existing literature and expert interviews to conceptualize the dynamics between universities and community development. The theoretical framework highlights the critical role of African universities in driving knowledge creation and application for local development solutions. Strategic partnerships between universities and government agencies should be fostered to enhance collaborative research efforts that benefit Comoros' socio-economic challenges.
