
This article is devoted to analyzing the role of the Constitution in the life of society and our national values, the construction of a just civil society, and the development of a social state. It highlights how the main directions of the new Constitution pave the way for our national values and a just civil society, ensuring the creation of a social state. The primary purpose of the Constitution is to uphold the dignity of the individual and their life, including freedom, honor, intellectual rights, personal value, and other inalienable rights as supreme values.
