
Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman perpajakan, digitalisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian pajak di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pada Theory of Planned Behavior yang menjelaskan bahwa perilaku kinerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor kognitif dan motivasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 101 responden yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (sig. 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor motivasi dan adaptasi teknologi lebih dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja dibandingkan pemahaman perpajakan semata.
