THIS VERSION: Rather than assuming deep familiarity with any single field, this is written to be followed by researchers across disciplines — the logical architecture is presented plainly so that physicists, mathematicians, and scientists from adjacent fields can each engage with the aspects most relevant to their expertise. The framework is offered for critique and formalization from any direction.
