Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the growing popularity of quick commerce among urban consumers, focusing on Gandhipuram in Coimbatore. With busy lifestyles and increased use of smartphones and digital payments, city consumers prefer fast and convenient shopping options. Quick commerce platforms meet this demand by delivering daily essentials within a short time, usually 10 to 30 minutes. The research highlights the benefits of quick commerce, such as easy ordering, multiple payment options, and quick delivery, while also noting its impact on traditional retail stores. It further analyzes consumer satisfaction factors to understand the continued adoption and growth of quick commerce services.
