Abstract

Ushbu tezisda o‘rganilgan maqolalar tahlili keltirilgan bo‘lib, yeryong‘oq (Arachis hypogaea L) o‘simligining ozuqaviy qiymati, tarkibidagi mikro va makroelementlari, vitamin, oqsil, moy va uglevodlarga boyligi haqida ma’lumot berilgan. Tibbiyot va oziq-ovqat sanoatida turli maqsadlarda ishlatilishi, o‘simlik tarkibidagi moddalarning inson salomatligi uchun foydali xususiyatlariga ega ekanligi yozilgan.
