Abstract

This dataset supports the manuscript entitled “Tree Demography Exhibits a Strong Association with Soil Fungal Pathogens and Stability of Soil Fungal Community in a Subtropical Forest”, submitted to Journal of Vegetation Science. The dataset includes: 1. TT_OTU_fungi.csv: Fungal OTU table derived from ITS sequencing; 2. TT_soil_properties.csv: Soil physicochemical properties measured at each sampling plot; 3. TT_topography.csv: Topographic variables extracted for each sampling location.
