
This status report summarizes the current theoretical structure, empirical testing progress,and ongoing validation program of the SP3 (Space-Phase Physics) framework as ofFebruary 2026. SP3 proposes that the vacuum is a structured, conditionable phase mediumcapable of coherence, saturation, gradient response, and memory effects. This documentoutlines foundational postulates, cross-scale coherence claims, results from pre-registeredstatistical evaluations, and forward test protocols.
