Abstract

This article provides a scientifically grounded analysis of improving the professional development system of educators in preschool educational institutions. The study examines international experiences and identifies effective approaches and strategies for the professional development of educators. Based on lessons learned from international practices, directions for developing the professional development system under the conditions of Uzbekistan are proposed. The research analyzes the theoretical foundations of professional development, modern methodologies, state policies, and their impact on the quality of preschool education.
