Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy-uslubiy maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalari talabalari – voleybolchilarning tezkor-kuch sifatlarinirivojlantirishning nazariy va amaliy asoslari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda tezkor-kuch tushunchasining sport faoliyatidagio‘rni, voleybol o‘yinidagi ahamiyati hamda mashg‘ulot jarayonida ushbu sifatlarni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan zamonaviyuslubiy yondashuvlar tahlil qilindi. Mashg‘ulot yuklamalarini rejalashtirish, mashqlarni tanlash va ularning samaradorliginibaholash mezonlari asoslab berildi. Tadqiqot natijalari OTM sharoitida voleybol mashg‘ulotlarini takomillashtirishgaxizmat qiladi.
