
Mazkur maqolada muallif ta’lim muassasalarida psixologik xizmatni tashkil etishda psixodiagnostik faoliyatningo‘rni va ahamiyatini ilmiy hamda amaliy jihatdan yoritib beradi. Dastlab “psixodiagnostika” tushunchasining mazmuniochib beriladi. Psixologik diagnoz (yunoncha diagnosis – aniqlash, bilish) shaxsning individual-psixologik xususiyatlariningmuayyan davrdagi holatini baholash, tashxis qo‘yish hamda tashxis asosida individ rivojlanishining istiqbolliyo‘nalishlarini prognoz qilish va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga qaratilgan psixolog faoliyati sifatida talqin etiladi. Shuningdek,psixodiagnostika sohasida testlar, so‘rovnomalar va boshqa metodlar orqali shaxsning ruhiy xususiyatlarini o‘rganishgaoid ilmiy izlanishlar olib borgan mashhur olimlarning qarashlari tahlil qilinadi. Jumladan, individual farqlarni o‘rganishasoschilaridan biri Frensis Galton, psixometriya va testologiya rivojiga asos solgan, intellektni o‘lchash g‘oyasini ilgarisurgan Alfred Bine, Teodor Simon bilan hamkorlikda “Bine–Simon shkalasi”ni ishlab chiqqanligi, shuningdek, intellektning“g-omil” nazariyasini yaratgan va faktor tahlili usulini psixologiyaga joriy etgan Charlz Spirman qarashlari ilmiy asosdabayon etiladi.
