This article aims to review the current state of international entrepreneurship, its development trends, opportunities and emerging problems, and helps to identify the key factors necessary for successful operation in the modern economic environment. The article also analyzes the prospects for the development of international entrepreneurship in modern conditions. New opportunities for international business based on digital transformation, global integration, green economy and innovation are considered. It is emphasized that the economic reforms and regional cooperation being implemented in Uzbekistan play an important role in the development of international entrepreneurship.
