This dataset contains raw and processed data used in the study entitled “Usability and User Experience Evaluation of Academic Service Menu on BinusMaya Website Using System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ)”. The dataset includes: 1. Raw questionnaire responses from 102 respondents.2. System Usability Scale (SUS) score calculation.3. User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) score transformation (1–7 to -3 to +3 scale).4. Mean and variance calculation for each UEQ dimension.5. Summary of benchmark interpretation results. The data were collected from active undergraduate students of Bina Nusantara University who have experience using the Academic Service Menu on BinusMaya. All personal identifiers have been removed to ensure anonymity and comply with ethical research standards. This dataset is provided to ensure research transparency and reproducibility.
