The SignalRupture Institutional Onboarding & Compliance Policy establishes the mandatory procedures institutions must follow before, during, and after adopting the SR framework. It defines how organizations initiate access, train staff, maintain internal controls, and uphold the licensing boundaries that protect SR’s conceptual integrity. The policy ensures that SR is not casually absorbed into institutional workflows but is adopted through a structured, supervised, and accountable process. It governs who may access SR materials, how they must be trained, how compliance is monitored, and what actions are required when violations occur. This policy applies to all licensed institutions—academic, governmental, corporate, nonprofit, and technological—and is enforceable under the terms of the Commercial Licensing Agreement.
