Level 5 – Structural Complexity (SC) Reliability Protocol (v1.0-S-R)

Abstract

Steril reliability protocol for the Level 5 Structural Complexity (SC) module. Defines inter-rater agreement measurement for SC (0–2) ratings using linearly weighted Cohen's κ (κw_SC ≥ 0.75 threshold). Includes operational criteria, illustrative example, two-rater procedure, and a 15-slot rating form (Appendix A). Item bank provided in companion file.
