Abstract

Este manual ofrece lineamientos para el uso ético, responsable y académicamente riguroso de la inteligencia artificial generativa en la educación superior. Aborda integridad académica, transparencia y citación de IA, verificación crítica de la información, protección de datos personales, pensamiento crítico y gobernanza institucional. Incluye una política modelo de uso de IA para cátedras universitarias. El documento se fundamenta en marcos normativos nacionales e internacionales (UNESCO, OCDE, Unión Europea, legislación argentina) y promueve una alfabetización digital crítica orientada a fortalecer la autonomía intelectual estudiantil.

This manual provides ethical and academic guidelines for the responsible use of generative artificial intelligence in higher education. It addresses academic integrity, transparency and AI citation, critical information verification, data protection, intellectual autonomy, and institutional governance. The document includes a model AI usage policy for university courses and is grounded in international regulatory frameworks (UNESCO, OECD, European Union) and Argentine legislation. It promotes critical AI literacy in higher education contexts.
