This archive contains scripts used to produce bioclimatic variables from the outputs of regional climate (RCM) model projections of climate change for Ireland (Nolan, 2025). The bioclimatic variables are further analysed in the manuscript. The definitions we used follow those given in O'Donnell and Ignizio (2012). 1. bioclim.dir contains scripts used on Meluxina (a HPC) to calculate bio01, bio04, bio12, and bio15. The actual calculations using CDO (Climate Data Operators) commands are found in bioclimatic.sh and bioclimatic_cosmo.sh. The lists of the 13 ensemble members of the RCM projections are given in slurm_driver_bioclimatic.sh and slurm_driver_bioclimatic_cosmo.sh. 2. bioclim_2ndset.dir is the same as bioclim.dir except to calculate bio05, bio06, bio13, and bio14. 3. bioclimatic_from_meluxina_13members_zenodo.dir contains the final data files produced and the scripts used to calculate them. Disclaimer: This archive records the methods used, and is aimed to be useful for replicating only the step of creating bioclimatic data used for this specific manuscript. Wider use of the archived scripts and data are not targetted. However, you are very welcome to contact me if you have any question.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
