10 Communication Moves to Bridge Centre and Periphery in Citizen Science Projects

Abstract

This poster presents lessons learned from the design and implementation of communication strategies across multiple citizen science projects for EU projects. The proposed moves are illustrated through applied examples from projects that uses the MINKA observatory platform, including ANERIS, BioMARató, ProBleu, Arsinoe, ENHANCE, and RIECS. The poster was presented at the European Citizen Science Association (ECSA) Conference 2026.
