In 1985 Matsumoto [6] discussed the properties of special hypersurface of Randersspace with i (x) = &ib being the gradient of a scaler function b(x). He has considered ahypersurface which is given by b(x)= constant. In this paper, we have considered thehypersurface of Finsler space with Z-Shen square change of (α, β) metric of the sameequation b(x) = constant. The condition under which this hypersurface be a hyperplaneof the first or second kinds have been obtained. This hypersurface is not a hyperplane ofthird kind.
