Tadqiqot jarayonida yong‘in va portlash jarayonlarining fizik-kimyoviy mohiyati, xavf omillarini aniqlash va baholash mezonlari, shuningdek, texnik, tashkiliy va pedagogik muhofaza choralarining o‘zaro integratsiyasi o‘rganildi. Xalqaro va milliy me’yoriy hujjatlar qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, xavfsizlikni ta’minlashda profilaktik yondashuvning ustuvorligi asoslab berildi. Tadqiqot natijalari yong‘in va portlash xavfsizligini ta’minlashda risklarni boshqarish, avtomatlashtirilgan aniqlash tizimlari hamda xavfsizlik madaniyatini shakllantirish muhim ahamiyat kasb etishini ko‘rsatadi. Ishda ishlab chiqilgan ilmiy xulosalar va tavsiyalar favqulodda vaziyatlarning oldini olish hamda ularning salbiy oqibatlarini minimallashtirishga xizmat qiladi.
