This dataset compiles a harmonised set of geospatial (GIS) layers used to support the Preliminary Environmental Plan of the Lusitanian Basin Pilot Project, Portugal. It integrates environmental, physical, geological, biological, archaeological, socio-economic, and maritime activity data to characterise baseline conditions and inform the environmental impact assessment process and spatial planning within the project study area.
