Comportamiento informacional sobre medicina tradicional y natural para la gestión eficaz de la atención a pacientes en Santa Clara. Instrumento para su diagnóstico

Abstract

El análisis del comportamiento informacional en el ámbito sanitario resulta fundamental para optimizar la gestión clínica y la toma de decisiones terapéuticas. El objetivo de esta investigación es diseñar un instrumento para diagnosticar el comportamiento informacional sobre medicina natural y tradicional en pacientes y médicos en Santa Clara, para a largo plazo gestionar eficazmente la atención a pacientes en Santa Clara. Es un estudio cuantitativo basado en la revisión documental de indicadores. La población incluyó a pacientes y médicos de esta especialidad médica, donde se seleccionó una muestra de casos homogéneos y por conveniencia para la validación del instrumento de investigación. Como resultado se obtiene un cuestionario que respeta las tendencias de instrumentos de investigación en Health Information-Seeking Behavior, que recopila datos demográficos y los comportamientos ante la búsqueda, el acceso y uso de la información de esta rama de la salud específicamente, estableciendo la relación con la cultura y el comportamiento organizacional. Incluye preguntas cerradas y de opción múltiple, incluyendo tanto al acceso mediante fuentes tradicionales como digitales. El instrumento fue validado piloto con médicos y pacientes del Politécnico de Santa Clara, obteniendo un 100% de validez.
