Abstract

Тяжёлый ишемический инсульт сопровождается выраженным неврологическим дефицитом и высоким риском развития жизнеугрожающих осложнений, включая отёк головного мозга и дислокационный синдром. В условиях отделения реанимации необходимы объективные инструменты оценки тяжести состояния и мониторинга динамики заболевания.
