Abstract

Метаболический синдром представляет собой совокупность взаимосвязанных метаболических нарушений, включающих абдоминальное ожирение, артериальную гипертензию, дислипидемию и инсулинорезистентность. Данное состояние существенно повышает риск развития ишемической болезни сердца, инсульта и сахарного диабета второго типа. Несмотря на широкую распространённость метаболического синдрома, вопросы оптимизации комплексной терапии и прогнозирования сердечно-сосудистых осложнений остаются актуальными.
