Daily and Sub-daily Temperature and Daily Precipitation Records from 37 INERA stations across the Democratic Republic of the Congo

Abstract

This repository hosts daily and sub-daily temperature records (taken at three times per day: 06:00, 15:00, and 18:00), and daily precipitation data for 37 weather stations across the Democratic Republic of the Congo operated by lnstitut National pour l'Etude et la Recherche Agronomiques (INERA). This data spans from 1908 up to 2023, with most stations with data between 1960 and the late 1990s. Additionally, we provide the metadata for each of the stations (in .xlsx), namely: station name, station order, station ID, region, latitude, longitude, altitude and temporal resolution.
