Abstract

Ишемический инсульт остаётся одной из ведущих причин смертности и инвалидизации взрослого населения. Ранняя объективная оценка тяжести неврологического дефицита играет ключевую роль в выборе лечебной тактики и прогнозировании исходов заболевания. Шкала NIHSS является международно признанным инструментом количественной оценки неврологического статуса при остром инсульте
