Abstract

Паховые грыжи остаются одной из наиболее распространённых хирургических патологий передней брюшной стенки и занимают значительное место в структуре плановой хирургии. В последние десятилетия широкое распространение получили эндовидеохирургические методы герниопластики, в частности трансабдоминальная преперитонеальная пластика (TAPP). Настоящее исследование направлено на оценку клинической эффективности и безопасности метода TAPP при лечении паховых грыж
