10–13 yosh suzuvchilarning tezkorlik jismoniy sifatlarini rivojlantirish usullari: sezgir davr va sportga xos yondashuv

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada 10–13 yoshli suzuvchilarda tezkorlik jismoniy sifatlarini rivojlantirishning ilmiy asoslangan, yoshga mos va sportga xos usullari tizimli ravishda tahlil qilingan. Ushbu yosh davri bolalar organizmida tezlik, harakat chastotasi va reaksiya tezligi kabi neyrofiziologik sifatlarning shakllanishi uchun eng sezgir (sensitiv) davr hisoblanadi.Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, 10–13 yosh suzuvchilarda tezkorlikni rivojlantirishda an’anaviy takroriy usulga nisbatano‘yin usuli, kompleks usul, qisqa masofali sprint hamda interval usullari samaraliroq hisoblanadi.
