Release of the Version 12 Assembly of the Lister 427 strain Trypanosoma brucei (Tb427) genome. The Tb427v12.zip folder This folder contains version 12 of the T. brucei Lister 427 strain genome assembly. Tb427v12_coreA: The genome assembly, where core and subtelomeric regions have been split into separate contigs. Both alleles of the heterozyguous subtelomeric regions are included; however, of the homozyguous cores, only allele A is present. Tb427v12_coreB: The genome assembly, where core and subtelomeric regions have been split into separate contigs. Both alleles of the heterozyguous subtelomeric regions are included; however, of the homozyguous cores, only allele B is present. Tb427v12_diploid: The genome assembly, where core and subtelomeric regions have been split into separate contigs. Both alleles of all contigs are included. Tb427v12_diploid_scaffolded: The gneome assembly, where core and subtelomeric regions are merged together. Both alleles of all contigs are included. Each folder contains the genome sequence (.fasta) and annotation (.gff). The Tb427v11.zip folder This folder contains version 11 of the T. brucei Lister 427 strain genome assembly. Tb427v11_diploid_scaffolded: The scaffolded genome assembly. The assembly contains both allese of all megabase chromosomes.
