Laboratory tracking experiments of long-legged ants (A. gracilipes)

Abstract

Data and code for ant tracking experiments. Data archive includes: SLEAP project files SLEAP tracking output SLEAP model files Experimental metadata Preprocessed, compiled trajectories (hdf5 format) Loading and analysis code in Python (see Github repository for potential updates) Schematics of the arena in which experiments were performed Raw movies are not included due to their size (~330GB total), though will be provided upon reasonable request. The code includes functions to easily load the hdf5 formatted data. If you are working with another language than Python, detailed information about the hdf5 structure can be found on the documentation page of the associated code repository. In general, this documentation includes tutorials about how to setup your Python environment, how the tracking was performed, and how to work with the data.
