Spinal-Multiple-Myeloma-SEG – GitHub Repository This Zenodo record archives the GitHub repository for the study "Spinal-Multiple-Myeloma-SEG", submitted to Scientific Data. The repository provides code for segmentation of the spine, vertebrae, and osteolytic spinal multiple myeloma lesions using the nnU-Net framework. The repository allows researchers to explore and visualize the spinal and lesion images from the dataset, supporting reproducibility and further development of segmentation pipelines. The GitHub repository is available at: https://github.com/MISAG-BUT/Spinal-Multiple-Myeloma-SEG. The dataset used for this work is publicly available via The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA): https://doi.org/10.7937/k4qv-hh78. Pre-trained nnU-Net models for spine and lesion segmentation are available in a separate Zenodo record: Spinal-Multiple-Myeloma-SEG nnU-Net Models. For detailed instructions on installation, dataset exploration, and running the segmentation pipeline, please see the README in the GitHub repository.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
