This dataset was collected as part of the project The Impacts of Ocean Fine-Scale Whirls on Climate and Ecosystems (WHIRLS) (https://www.whirls.eu/). Seaglider SG675 (SG675.zip) This dataset contains raw profiles of temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, fluorescence, and optical backscatter collected by Seaglider SG675. The glider was deployed in the Cape Basin from 16 September 2025 to 9 November 2025. The raw data have been calibrated using the Kongsberg Seaglider Basestation V3 processing code. Post-deployment compass calibration was conducted to ensure accurate vehicle heading data. Disclaimer: post-mission oxygen calibration was not performed on the dissolved oxygen values in this version.
