
This paper constitutes the first report in a series dedicated to providing a new formulationof physics by introducing the Complex Terrain, where the genuine motion exists, and theProjection-Layer, where we observe that motion. By starting from the complex terrain, wefind that established physical laws are naturally derived; even the most profound theories,such as general relativity, can be reformulated as simple scalar equations.
